About the Director: Umema Yusuf

Umema Yusuf is a seasoned educationist with her Bachelors in Psychology from Calcutta University and Early Childhood Care and Education from Mumbai University, in addition to having a diploma from Cornell University Ithaca , New York, in Hospitality Management.

Her profound expertise in education and student mobility, with several years of experience in guiding students toward Global opportunities, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision and growth at UNIFO EDU, a leading study abroad consultancy in India and Kuwait.

As the Director, Umema has successfully built strong partnerships with top schools in Kuwait and India.Her focus is towards student-centered counselling framework that empowers learners to pursue higher education across borders.

About The Founder and CEO

Michael Sachdeva is a visionary educationist, seasoned academic mentor, and Co-Founder & CEO of UNIFOEDU LLP, with over 18 years of experience in the education sector. With a career rooted in teaching and now devoted to establishing high-quality coaching institutes across India and abroad, Michael is on a mission to redefine how students learn and succeed.

Having taught at premier institutions like IITians PACE and ALLEN, he gained first-hand experience in the academic pressures faced by students and the urgent need for a more supportive, globally-aligned system. He has also taught Psychology, using this knowledge to deeply understand students’ emotional and mental needs, ensuring that their education journey is guided with both expertise and empathy.

Now, Michael focuses full-time on setting up impactful educational ventures that deliver world-class academic coaching, test prep, and career counseling, so that students and parents can access top-tier education without compromise—whether they are in India or abroad.

He holds three postgraduate degrees from India and Abroad and is the author of two books:

A fictional thriller-comedy, blending wit and imagination, and
An educational and philosophical book, reflecting his views on meaningful education and personal growth.

He has successfully guided thousands of students in preparing for competitive exams like UCAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT, while helping them build strong profiles for admissions to top universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and budget-friendly MBBS destinations like Russia, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

Deeply concerned by the extreme competition surrounding JEE and NEET in India, Michael believes that students must look beyond traditional paths.
